On June 29, 2026 Sparks Planning Commission voted unanimously to DENY the Foothills applications to modify the Comprehensive Plan and the Foothills Handbook.

The Developer held a public meeting on May 13th at Hug High School, as required by the City of Sparks planning division. This requirement is now complete.
